Shipping policy
We’re happy to offer free shipping anywhere in New Zealand on all orders over $100. Orders under $100 have a flat shipping fee of $4.99.
Dispatch times:

NZ orders placed before 8 am Monday–Thursday are dispatched the same day for next-day delivery.

Orders placed after 8 am Monday–Thursday or any time Friday–Sunday are dispatched the next working day.

Please allow 1–2 extra days for rural addresses.

We do not dispatch on public holidays, and delivery times may be slightly longer during sale periods or holiday seasons.
Tracking your order:
Once your order leaves our hands, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link so you can follow its journey with NZ Post right to your door.
Delivery preferences:
Calmava orders are sent without a signature requirement. If you’d like to change your delivery instructions (such as leaving it in a safe place or redirecting to another address), you can easily do so by registering an account with NZ Post.
Address options:
We’re happy to deliver to PO boxes, work addresses, or your home — whichever works best for you.
Where we ship:
At this stage, we ship within New Zealand only. We’re exploring international shipping for the future.
